What Happens at the Final Dissolution Hearing in Ohio?
The final dissolution hearing in Ohio is the last step in the legal process of dissolving a marriage. According to Ohio Revised Code Section 3105.64, the final hearing must be scheduled not less than 30 days nor more than 90 days after the filing of the petition for dissolution of marriage.
